By accessing or using the OmahPi platform available at omahpi.us and its associated services, tools, and dashboards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

OmahPi provides automated social media queue management, scheduling, media processing, and automated publishing to social media channels including Facebook Pages, Instagram, Threads, X (Twitter), and TikTok. Users can schedule text, link previews, photo carousels, and videos for distribution across their connected accounts.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

As a user of OmahPi, you agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use the service to distribute spam, unsolicited promotional material, malware, or deceptive content.
• Publish hate speech, harassment, copyright-infringing assets, or content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the integrity of OmahPi servers or third-party APIs.
• Circumvent API rate limits, authentication controls, or authorization mechanisms.

4. Third-Party Platform Policies & Compliance

OmahPi operates by interfacing with third-party APIs, including the Meta Graph API. By connecting your accounts, you agree to also comply with all applicable third-party terms, including:

• Facebook Community Standards

OmahPi is not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms, including rate-limiting, temporary suspensions, or API deprecations by Meta or other social networks.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership, rights, and copyright to all content, media files, and text that you upload or publish via OmahPi. You grant OmahPi only the limited license necessary to transmit, convert, format, and deliver your content to your selected social platforms as directed by your scheduling instructions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OmahPi is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive for maximum uptime and delivery accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free transmissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmahPi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including social media reach variations or API service interruptions.

8. Termination & Revocation

You may discontinue using OmahPi at any time by removing your connected accounts from the dashboard or revoking permissions in your Facebook account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
